The Department of Tourism (DOT) in partnership with the Sorsogon Provincial Tourism Office and the Sorsogon City Tourism Office conducted a seminar workshop on the FILIPINO BRAND OF SERVICE last July 26, 2019 at Villa Isabel Hotel. The main objectives of the said event were to enhance the tourism manpower capabilities and to address the skills gap of the frontliners.

Mr. Carlos B. Garcia Jr. one of the DOT accredited speakers shared his expertise and knowledge on Filipino Brand of Service Excellence to the participants; managers, owners and tourism frontliners of Hotels and Restaurants.

The City Mayor, Hon. Ma. Ester E. Hamor, welcomed the participants and promised to support the Tourism industry as she believes that this will bring economic growth to the city.
